Peering Policy for M4NIC-TW

We are pleased to present our peering policy for ASN 151188 (APAC) and ASN 201445 (Global). Our policy is designed to facilitate effective and efficient peering relationships, promoting high-quality network connectivity and service for our mutual customers. We are open to establishing peering relationships with organizations that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  1. Networks are present at the same Internet Exchange (IX) point.
  2. Colocation or Hosting customers.
  3. Networks with large-scale infrastructure that can connect via WireGuard for peering purposes.

Our peering policy includes the following requirements:

  1. Both parties must have a fully functional Network Operations Center (NOC) with the contact information provided for escalation purposes.
  2. Each network must maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the PeeringDB and respective RIR databases.
  3. Peers must implement proper filtering, including prefix filtering, max-prefix limits, and traffic engineering techniques, to ensure network stability and security.
  4. Peers are expected to maintain a minimum traffic volume to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.
